Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel Du Lac et Du Parc, Viale Rovereto 44, I - 38066 RIVA DEL GARDA, Italy. The Direct Tel: +39-0464-566 600, Direct Fax: +39-0464-566 566 for the Conference participants. Please make your hotel arrangements early, to ensure getting a room at the special conference rate. Once the block of rooms has been filled, additional guests will be directed to nearby hotels, also several events take place in Riva del Garda during the conference weekend and the demand for rooms is very high. You will need to use the enclosed form to ensure your inclusion in the Conference block. Our advice is to make your reservations as soon as possible. Hotel rooms will be released from the Conference block on August 15, 2008, so please be sure to reserve your rooms as early as possible before August 15 as there will be no guarantee of availability after that date. All reservations after the cut-off date will be taken on a space and rate availability basis. All room reservations must be guaranteed for arrival.

RATES Bed & Breakfast, per person per day:

· In single room “continental” Euro 70,00

· In double room “classic” Euro 70,00

· In double room “classic” for single use Euro 105,00

· In double room “superior” Euro 85,00

· In double room “superior” for single use Euro 120,00

· Suite (composed of one bedroom, a living room with wet-bar, a bathroom) is Euro 120,00 per person per day (double occupancy) and Euro 180,00 per day (single occupancy).
