Potential
participants should send by February 15, 2009 a paper (15-35 pages) or an
extended abstract (2-4 pages) to the conference technical program chair or directly to the conference address (electronic submissions are encouraged).
The program committee will evaluate the
contributions. The program committee decision
will be sent to the authors by April 1, 2009 with instructions for submitting
the final version of the paper. The earlier that you submit your paper, the
faster will be the accept/reject decision regarding your contribution.
Outstanding
contributions will be considered for publication in the Electronic Commerce
Research or the Telecommunication
Systems Journal.
